Ground Floor
Ground floor of Edgar Mews consists of large and small rentable spaces (yearly) for start up businesses to use at a fraction of the price compared to other retail units within the Bath area.
Each unit has an individual sky light to allow for maximum natural light inside. Focus booths are located between every other booth to break up the space and allow users to work outside their units.
The existing lift shaft has been redesigned to house the new staircase and allow light to travel to each floor.
